Description

Wanna play a game? SLASH! The Horror Movie RPG is a tabletop experience focused on cinematic play where your choices will determine who lives and dies in a horror movie scenario. Inspired by the slasher movies of the eighties and nineties, this system puts you in the shoes of one of nine classic Horror Archetypes and forces you to fight tooth and nail to make it through the night. It’s simple to understand, and with a unique dice pool system that gives every roll setbacks and opportunities, every roll will matter and have ripples that help or hurt you down the road. Will you make it through the three acts of a Horror film, or will you die trying?

This rulebook contains everything you need to play a cinematic tabletop Horror Movie experience, including nine Survivor Archetypes, seven Killer Archetypes, and a host of rules for anything from developing over the Three-Act structure to running an Action Sequence. It is made to be played with one Director (Gamemaster) and any number of characters, and uses unique dice (physical copies sold separately, digital versions free on slashrpg.com).
